Process of participation

 

 

 
1. Complete the registration form with official stamp, and then fax it to the organizer (fax no : +86-20-8989 9050), the booth will be fixed after form accept.
 
2. after accepting, organizer fax < confirmation & payment note> with official stamp to exhibitor who should remit fund to appointed account. And fax back the remittance verification.
 
3. organizer will send the <brochure for exhibitors> and invoice to exhibitor ASAP.
 
4. the booth won’t be protected if the fund is not remit as requirement.
 
5. Please take your <registration form> or <confirmation & payment note> to exchange your exhibitor card in the scene.
